Cancellation & Rescheduling

Select advisory appointments offered on this site are provided as defined advisory engagements with a fixed scope and duration.

Payment is required in full at the time of scheduling.

Time is held exclusively. One reschedule may be permitted when requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time cannot be accommodated.

Cancellations are non refundable. Late arrivals may shorten the engagement without adjustment to the fee. Failure to attend results in forfeiture of the engagement.

These policies exist to protect and preserve the quality of work within the time allotted and to ensure fairness across a limited schedule and participation.

In rare circumstances involving significant events outside a client’s control, including severe weather or documented public health emergencies, accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of the business.

The business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion.
